Jessica Bannon
Jessica has a passion for people, encouraging everyone to be their best self. Her certifications include YMCA of the USA Personal Training, Group Exercise, EnhanceFitness & Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Fitness. Along with the credentials that support this work, she also teaches Holy Yoga. This creates her personal training focus to be the perfect balance of strength & flexibility.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, grandkids and pet doodle.
Sara Calabrese
Sara has a true passion for health and fitness. She began competitive gymnastics at the age of six, where she discovered her love for physical activity. After her gymnastics career, staying active remained important to her, which led her to start going to the gym at 14. From there, she became a fitness instructor and gained experience teaching a variety of classes.
As an experienced personal trainer, Sara values the opportunity to share her passion with others and support them on their journey by providing encouragement to help them reach their goals.
Jamie Swihart
Jamie attended Western Michigan University. After graduation she joined the Army to fly helicopters. While serving, she received her first fitness certification. This led to her acquiring a Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) Personal Trainer Certification.
Currently a group Exercise Instructor at the Monroe Family YMCA, Jamie is excited to share her fitness knowledge with the Dundee Community.
Erica Tomalak
With more than 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, Erica is a certified personal trainer known for her approachable, encouraging style and her deep commitment to meeting people where they are. As a mother, she understands the realities of balancing wellness, family, and everyday responsibilities, and she brings that empathy, authenticity, and motivation into every session.
Erica currently works through the YMCA, offering personal training and leading dynamic fitness classes that emphasize stabilization, balance, strength, and conditioning. Her expertise spans a wide range of training styles, including Olympic weightlifting, making her a versatile coach for clients with diverse goals.
She is skilled at working with individuals, couples, teams, and groups of all ages and experience levels, whether they’re kids, adults, beginners, or seasoned athletes. Erica is passionate about creating inclusive, supportive environments where every client feels seen, heard, and inspired to grow.
Her educational foundation includes certifications through respected organizations such as ASFA (American Sports & Fitness Association), ACE (American Council on Exercise), and NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). With this strong academic background and extensive hands-on experience, Erica blends science-based methods with practical application to deliver effective, sustainable results.
