Wellness Orientations

Members can meet with our Wellness team to discuss what you want out of your wellness experience. We are here to help guide you in the direction you want to go.

GETTING STARTED OREINTATION

Learn how to properly use the cardio and strength machines.

YOUTH CARDIO ORIENTATION AGES 7-11

This orientation is mandatory for young Members who would like to work out on the cardio machines in the Wellness Center with their parents. They will learn how to properly use all cardio equipment in the Wellness Center.

TEEN STRENGTH ORIENTATION
AGES 12-14

This orientation is essential for teens who want to know how to safely perform a variety of cardio and resistance training exercises so that they are able to use the Wellness Center without direct supervision. (Parental supervision is required on the weight machines).

While youth ages 15 and older are permitted to use the Wellness Center unsupervised, it is recommended they participate in the Teen Strength Orientation for education on safety and an effective workout.
