  Membership Will Be Terminated With No Refund For Any Individual Under Age 18 Found In This Room/Sauna
  
  

• Reservation Required Prior To Use

  Reservations Are Booked In 60-Minute Increments At The Member Service Desk, No More Than 24 Hours In Advance
  
  

• Maximum Daily Time Limit In Sauna Is 30 Minutes
  
  

• Towels or Cotton Clothing Must Be Worn While in Sauna
  
  

• Clean The Space After Use
  
  

• Be Courteous Of Fellow Members’ Reserved Time

• Consult A Physician Prior To Use. Individuals At High Risk Should Not Use The Sauna Unless Authorized; Including But Not Limited To Those Taking
  Prescription Drugs, Elevated Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Heart Disease & Pregnancy 

• Start Low And Slow: Dial The Temperature Down And Keep Sessions Short (Especially New Users) 

• Do Not Enter While Under The Influence Of Alcohol, Narcotics Or Other Drugs 

• If Experiencing Any Nausea, Dizziness, Hot Flashes, Cold Chills, Headaches Or Other Discomforts, Leave The Sauna Immediately 

• Drink Plenty Of Fluids Before And After Us 

• Do Not Leave Clothing, Towels Or Other Flammable Articles Unattended; This Creates A Fire Hazard 

• Do Not Pour Water On The Heaters, It Will Ruin Them
