CARDIO DRUMMING

Brings together drumsticks, an exercise ball, and an exercise ball stand to create one of the most fun workouts you'll ever do. Using the exercise ball and the floor as your drum, and mixing in fun moves, cardio drumming turns keeping a rhythm into a workout you won't want to stop. 

CARDIO MIX UP

A great mix of cardio and toning. A combination of several types of equipment and variety of exercises filled with high energy and fun! 

CARDIO SCULPT

A rigorous full-body workout that gets your heart pumping and muscles moving. You will feel the burn in all areas of your body.  

CHAIR YOGA

This gentle yoga class is done is a chair. The class focus is on increasing flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. 

CYCLING (PREMIUM CLASS)

Climb hills, race, and jump! Pedal your stationary bike while the instructor leads the class through an invigorating, fat-burning workout set to motivational music. A great way to cross-train.

DANCE2FIT!

A fun, energetic, high-intensity workout that uses various types of popular hip-hop music to create an aggressive but rewarding full body workout!

FITNESS FUSION

Fusion workouts may include a variety of exercises like cardio, strength training, core work, yoga, and Pilates. They may also  incorporate a variety of equipment like a fitness  or Pilates ball, bands, dumbbells and more.

PILATES

Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control . It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination.

 
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

This class is designed to help shed that excess fat while building strength and endurance. It  includes circuit training, cardio exercise, and finishes with core training and stretching for a complete workout.

STRETCH & TONE

This low-impact, low-intensity workout  will tone your muscles, increase your range of motion and flexibility, and help you to relieve stress. The focus is on toning and strengthening your core with body weight exercises.

TABATA

This class combines strength and cardio exercises. The HIIT format consists of 8 sets of fast-paced exercises performed with 20-40 seconds of work with 10 second rest to include weight workouts.

TNT (TIGHTEN-N-TONE)

This class uses various equipment, light to medium size hand weights and body weight exercises to hit all of the major muscle groups, as well as incorporating a burst of cardio.  Get ready to get ripped!

TOTAL BODY

Kick your workout up a notch!  Combining weights and high cardio, you reap the benefits of cardio conditioning and strength training in a single class!  Come ready to work and sweat!  

YOGA

Basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body.  Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals.

YOGALATES

This class combines the best practices of yoga and Pilates, providing a full-body workout that focuses on balance, core strength, breathing and mindfulness while incorporating  flexibility, toning and meditation. 

ZUMBA®

Ditch the workout and join the party! Zumba® is a fun and effective exercise class that combines easy-to-follow moves with invigorating Latin and international rhythms. Tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
