SUMMER DAY CAMP COUNSELOR
As a Day Camp Counselor, you’ll lead games, create fun experiences, and make lasting memories with kids—all while providing a safe, supportive environment and bringing the YMCA’s core values to life!
MEMBERSHIP REPRESENTATIVE (FRONT & BACK DESK)
Serves as the first point of contact for members and guests, providing a welcoming and helpful experience. Assists with check-ins, memberships, program registration, and general questions while supporting daily front and back desk operations.

Help us build healthier, happier kids in Monroe! Y on the Fly staff deliver pop up programs, sports, and activities around the community creating safe, fun spaces for youth. If you enjoy working with kids and want to make an impact, we want to hear from you!
SUMMER BALL CONCESSIONS
Concession stand employees help support youth baseball games by serving snacks and drinks, handling simple cash transactions, and keeping the stand clean and organized. This is a great opportunity for teens to gain work experience in a fun, team-oriented environment while building customer service and responsibility skills.
SUMMER BALL UMPIRES
The YMCA is looking for Summer Ball Umpires to help officiate youth baseball and softball games throughout the summer season. Umpires are responsible for enforcing game rules, ensuring fair play, and creating a positive, safe environment for all participants. This role requires strong communication skills, good judgment, and a passion for working with youth sports.
